Sale of East Street Brighton Asset

The development feasibility study MAX Architects completed on East Street, which explored various refurbishment/redevelopment and use options, has resulted in the sale of the property. This was the desired outcome for the client and thus a job done well by our team.

This is a prime example (among many) of an important stream of work that MAX Architects undertake for our developer clients.  An early investigation into the potential uses of an existing building allows the client to quantify the asset’s uplift in value for either redevelopment/refurbishment or resale.

By exploring a number of different options for each site using drawings, massing models, renderings and area schedules the client not only has material they can use to make an informed decision on how to best proceed with the asset but they also have marketing material in the case of resale.
