As part of our IT back-up system there is data stored on the Cloud, which we cannot guarantee is not transferred out of the EU for storage purposes. Our IT services consultants have taken all the necessary measures to ensure that all data on our network is as secure as possible, however we cannot provide any guarantees.

The usage and technical data collected through the website is processed by the host WordPress Stats (Automattic Inc.) and by Google Analytics (Google Inc.) both of which are in the United States. As such, we will do our best to protect your data once it is in our hands, but we cannot make any guarantees and any transmission is at your own risk when you enter our website.

Data you provide:
We will use this information where relevant in relation to contractual obligations to you including providing you with the products and services you request from us or alerting you to any changes to the services we are providing. In circumstances where for the promotion of our or your services, it is deemed appropriate for us to share you information with a third party (project consultant, supplier, etc.), we will ask your permission before sharing any data. The only other scenario whereby we would share this information was under legal obligation.
