We paid a visit to our award winning mixed-use scheme in Victoria recently.













All apartments and office spaces are now fully let. SPACES have taken 80,000 sq ft of office and comfortably adapted the fit-out to suit their co-working model.

The large floorplates were designed primarily with spec traditional office space in mind, but the layout was intelligent enough to convert simply to a cellular co-working layout. We think it demonstrates that truly flexible workspace design can accommodate different end users in a sustainable way, driving further the benefits of intelligent retrofit design.

Our original aim was to demonstrate through this building that high quality refurbishment could perform functionally and commercially just as well as new build.

The full occupancy and rental levels achieved prove just that.
