There are three proposals for the retention, extension, refurbishment and redevelopment of this existing building:
Proposal 1:
• Retention of ground floor office use
• Extension of upper floor commercial space with two additional floors above existing
• Full height extension to south of existing building, including new stair
• Extension of lift and stair core to new floors
Proposal 2:
• Potential to convert floors above ground to residential use, whilst extending and retaining existing structure using strategy from option 1 with additional floorplate width
Proposal 3:
• Potential newbuild residential option with limited commercial space at ground
